Could Singapore be the best stopover in the world? With the world’s greatest airport (Changi I love you), some of the planet’s best restaurants, a thriving art scene and fantastic shopping, it’s pretty hard to beat.
My favourite Singapore stop, though, has got to be Gardens by the Bay, the sprawling botanical wonderland set on the waterfront, that’s filled with a mind-boggling 700,000 species of plants.
Last week I chatted to the lovely Tim Webster about my surreal experience there on Talking Lifestyle radio, and why I loved it so much. You can check it out here.
