Antique Rajasthani Baby Jacket

80.00 AUD

Meeting the camel king of Pushkar, Ashok Tak, who with his beloved pet camel Raja has won the prize for best dressed camel at the famous camel fair ten times, was one of my favourite Pushkar experiences.
We met at his Collector’s Paradise Museum which, along with some of the best horse and camel dressings in Pushkar, stocked some beautiful vintage pieces like this little jacket. Made from hand-embroidered cotton, featuring flower, elephant and bird motifs, it is truly a work of art. It would be as stunning on the wall as it would on a baby girl.
